UK Delivery Rates
We offer free standard delivery on all orders to the UK mainland only. Additional shipping costs eg express and for International orders will be displayed before you finalise your order.
British Isles - Small Parcels
If you are ordering for the Channel & Scottish Islands or Northern Ireland small parcels are charged at the standard UK rate above.
British Isles - Large Parcels
If you are ordering for Scottish Islands or Northern Ireland Large parcels for example luggage are charged from £5.99 per item.
For larger items or if you are outside the UK please select the appropriate delivery at the order conformation page or you contact us for a quote or more information.

Please note in order to guarantee a next working your order must be placed before 12 Noon. Any next working day orders received after this time will be dispatched on the next working day for delivery on the following working day.
Import charges (DAP): Orders shipped outside the UK are delivered DAP (Delivered at Place). Local import VAT/duties and the carrier’s brokerage/handling fee are payable by the recipient on delivery. These amounts are not collected by us and are not refundable by us.
Refused/undeliverable shipments: If import charges are not paid, or delivery is refused and the shipment is returned, your refund will be the product price minus all return shipping costs, carrier handling, customs, and any other non-recoverable fees charged to us by the carrier or customs.

Order Dispatch and Delivery Times
Please allow up to 1 day to process, pack and dispatch your order. We endeavour to dispatch orders within 24 hours of receiving them. If you need your order by a particular date then please let us know either via the free text box on the order page Our couriers pick up at certain times during the day after which a next day service is not possible. Please refer to our order times stated above.
Delayed orders and Orders Not Received
Please allow sufficient time for your order to arrive more often than not orders arrive within 24 - 48 hours after dispatch however they can take longer depending on your local postal service. For luggage and larger items couriers and postmen should leave a delivery card however this may not always happen. If we have provided tracking information please contact the delivery company with your consignment number. For standard 1st/2nd class items that don't fit in your letter box your postman may have returned your delivery back to your local depot. Lost item claims or items not received claims can only be accepted from 7 to 30 days of your for UK destinations. Please contact us via our contact page for further help.
