Please include any relevant additional info in your e-mail such dimensions, brand and model if known. As this is a detailed process; there is an administrative charge of £15.00 for this service; usually you should be able to cliam back this cost from the ailine as part of your costs. Please confirm this is the case with your individual airline as this cost is non refeundable.
